Web3 & Electronic Signature
Development of a secure Web3 interface and study on electronic signatures, within BPCE Group's digital assets innovation hub.

Project Context
Integrated into the launch of a new BPCE Group entity dedicated to digital assets, I led a dual effort: on one side, the technical development of a Web3 interface; on the other, an in-depth legal study on electronic signature compliance.
Developed Solution
On the technical side, I designed a Web3 interface with wallet and NFT integration (Next.js, React, TypeScript) and conducted a benchmark of major Ethereum node providers. On the legal side, I analyzed eIDAS, DSP2, and GDPR standards to secure signature processes in a banking context.
Regulatory Framework
Civil Code
Articles 1366 to 1368 on electronic evidence
eIDAS
European regulation on digital identity
DSP2
Strong authentication for payments
GDPR
Personal data and privacy
Conclusion
This project illustrates the value of a hybrid approach to support innovation in regulated sectors: Web3 technical architecture, user experience, and legal requirements combined in a single expertise.
