From scoping to deployment

The process starts with product scoping: who is your user, what problem are we solving, how do we measure success. Then we define the MVP scope together. I build in short sprints with regular demos. You see progress, you test, you validate. At the end, your product is deployed, tested and ready to welcome its first users. Typical stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Supabase, Stripe, Vercel.
